Easy Relife: To pour water into the humidifier, gently unscrew it clockwise in a single motion.

Installation of Springs: Verify that the spring is still in place beneath the filter. If the spring is missing, then the cotton swab cannot absorb water effectively, which will cause no mist even you to hit the button.

Installation of Swabs: Please make sure the cotton core has soaked a few minutes before you turn it on.

Used for a Long Time: It is recommended to change the cotton swab every 1 to 3 months.
