Cancellation & Shipping Policy :   

1 . Cancellation  Policy : 

  The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

MahaClick reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. MahaClick also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

2. Shipping Policy :   


Processing time: 
100% of orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping time: 
Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 3-7 business days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons)

Delivery Costs: 

We offer ₹40 to ₹80 Flat Shipping Delivery on Order that is depend on weight of product & address distance of customer.

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Our Carriers
We use Shiprocket, Delivery, DTDC and E com Express etc. for deliveries.

You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
